Recruiter


Key Responsibilities


·          Develop creative recruiting strategies to find and attract the best talent and build a strong service contractor network

·          Own and drive full recruitment cycle, effectively moving candidates through the process in a timeline manner

·          Proactively build candidate pipeline using a mix of recruitment media such as online job boards, social media, resume databases, networking, etc.

·          Monitor and leverage social media outlets to build pipelines, announce job positions, and build Global LT’s brand

·          Create and execute sourcing strategies

·          Develop market intelligence through sourcing outlets, organizations, and networking

 

Qualifications:


·          3+ years proven recruiting experience within an agency, in-house or client site

·          Strong appetite for sourcing and candidate outreach

·          Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong plus

·          Time management skills including the ability to handle high volume requisitions

·          A solutions-oriented, can-do attitude

·          Creative, always on the lookout for the best-recruiting methods or tools

 

Education and/or Experience:


·          Bachelor’s degree required

·          1 – 3 years of previous search experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
